My Bupa Replatform

Bupa wanted to totally reinvent customer service to provide greater personalisation and choice for its customers through their self-service functionality.

As part of Bupa self service re-platforming project, I was involved in establishing UI design toolkits,  templates and experiences to develop myBupa Digital experiences from the ground up.

What I have worked on

Produced design artefacts (wireframes, user flows, high fidelity design mock-up and prototypes) to support the development of myBupa.

 

Established UI foundation frameworks to be utilised as the base elements and components throughout the application.

Conducted user research activities to get a better understanding of how Bupa customers use the exisiting self service platform and finding opportunities to optimise the experience.
